Savalt: The Band

Glenn Davenport: Vocals, Guitars, Mandolin

Savalt began in 2000 when Glenn Davenport and Justin Davis met. They found they shared a love for music and began playing together as an acoustic duo. Dubbed "The Traveling Acoustic Duo," they played local parties and open-mics. About two and a half years later, under the name New Horizons, the duo decided to expand to a full band. Glenn recruited Brandon Anderson, former lead singer and bassist for Ledbetter Heights, to join the group. The band also added drummer Kevin Wood, formerly of Ledbetter Heights and Awkward Sundays to fill in the mix. Glenn, Kevin, and Brandon had performed together in Ledbetter Heights for a few years and continued to stay in touch after going their separate ways. Recently the band has added guitarist Jeff Bailey to their roster. Savalt now embarks on a journey to take over the world...well, at least Jacksonville.
